Delivery Information

Delivery Charges

We send equipment all over Australia. Freight is calculated during the checkout process.

We use a very large courier company who offer consignment tracking and proof of delivery so that equipment deliveries can be tracked and traced from dispatch to your door.

Delivery Notes & Conditions:

Consignments are charged by the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight.

For most calculations 1 cubic metre(cbm) = 250kg. To calculate volumetric weight, multiply the length by width by height (in cm) then divide by 4000.

Consignment can be one box or a collection of boxes/pieces of equipment.

Delivery fees collected by Crazy Cheap Fitness are in no way refundable.

Freight rates do not include insurance. Insurance is an optional extra. We have very few problems with damage to goods, but if you want to include insurance make sure you let us know prior to delivery to that the additional charge can be calculated and applied to the sale.

We do not make money on the delivery fees. If you are aware of a cheaper delivery service to your area please let us know.

Errors and ommisions excluded - we reserve the right to fix any calcuation or postcode mistakes and charge the correct delivery fee.

Most interstate deliveries are a door to door service, however the delivery/truck driver will often not unload heavy items on the basis of Occupational Health and Safety concerns. Please make sure someone is home to help unload the goods. If goods are not unloaded by the purchaser, for any reason, they will be returned to the freight depot for collection by the customer. In some case goods may be returned to Crazy Cheap Fitness. In such cases the purchaser of the equipment will be liable for the additional delivery fees.

Freight companies may not deliver door to door to certain areas. Remote customers may need to collect items from their nearest freight depot.

Transit times are approximate only and can vary by many days. Delays may occur due to public holidays(note: interstate public holidays), bad weather, road accidents etc. If your delivery is past due, please allow several extra days before emailing or phoning to chase up the delivery - thank you.

All quoted days are business/working days and transit time approximate only.

Deliveries to remote regions may require extra time.

All times quoted are transit times from the date goods are despatched to the freight company. Please be aware that goods may take several days to prepare, package and despatch from our warehouse.

Customers who request goods to be 'left safe' at their premises ie: leaving goods at your door, in your garage or around the back of your house, do so at their own risk and acknowledge that Crazy Cheap Fitness will not be responsible for the safety of the goods once left. Paperwork will be left under your front door(recommended) or in your letter box as proof that we have delivered the goods.

We will always endeavour to delivery equipment to our customers in the quickest possible time and at the cheapest delivery price.
