Products supplied by Crazy Cheap Fitness™ can be purchased in the following ways:

In Person:
Most products are available for purchase and pickup from our Bayswater Warehouse. Our warehouse location and trading hours are detailed under the 'About Us' menu above. Please note that some products are not available for immediate pick-up from our Bayswater Warehouse. These products include commercial equipment, some larger home gyms, some larger treadmills etc. It is necessary to notify us of your intention to collect these items at least 24 hours prior so that they can be made ready for collection. Most commercial equipment supplied in assembled condition ex Factory will require several days notice in order to prepare these items for collection.

Online Shopping System:
You can purchase online simply by adding products to your shopping cart. Our online shopping system uses SSL encryption and is secured by GeoTrust. It is highly secure and easy to use. Items can be removed or added and quantities changed at any time prior to submitting your order. When you submit your order, your details will be encrypted and then forwarded to us for processing. All details of your order will be checked prior to processing your payment and dispatching the goods to you. If you do not wish to enter your credit card number you can still order online and we will phone you to obtain your credit card number and process your payment before delivering to you.
Note: our online system requires a credit card number to be input, and will not allow your order to be placed unless a number is entered. if you do not wish to enter your credit card number please input 0's in place of your number.

By Email:
Orders can be placed by email (sales@crazycheapfitness.com), however we prefer the use of our online shopping system for orders arranged over the internet. Please provide all contact details including daytime contact phone number, name, delivery address & postcode and full details of items you wish to purchase.

By Telephone:
Telephone orders can be made by telephoning (03) 9761 5778 during our trading hours with details of your purchase. Payment can be made by credit card over the telephone. Cash on delivery is also accepted for Melbourne Metropolitan deliveries.
